At St. Mary’s Montessori School in North Fontana, we offer families an intimate Montessori experience where children are known well, cared for deeply, and given the freedom to grow into capable, confident individuals.

Located in the heart of the Heritage community, just minutes from the I-15 Freeway, our North Fontana campus serves children from 6 weeks through 6 years of age. The smaller size of the campus creates a close community between children, families, and educators. Each child’s growth can be thoughtfully supported from infancy through the Primary years.

Our classrooms are rooted in the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori and grounded in the teachings of the Catholic faith. Each environment is carefully prepared to be beautiful, orderly, and purposeful, giving children the opportunity to move independently, make meaningful choices, repeat work, develop concentration, and care for the world around them.

Rather than rushing children from one milestone to the next, our guides observe closely and follow each child’s natural development. The environment changes with the needs of the children, offering the right balance of freedom, structure, challenge, and support. Over time, children begin to do more for themselves, take greater responsibility for their surroundings, and develop the quiet confidence that comes from meaningful independence.
