Pay Scale: $68,640 - $74,400.00 USD/Per Year

Required Qualifications:

  • AMI Primary diploma /certification or proof of enrollment in AMI primary program (required)

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Montessori Primary Guide, demonstrating a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Strong organizational abilities to manage classroom activities, assessments, and administrative tasks.

  • Passion for nurturing children's curiosity and fostering a love for learning.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic educational environment.
